Using Your Pebble

• Buttons. Back is on the left. On the right are Up (top, opens Health by default), Select (middle, opens the menu) and Down (bottom, opens the Timeline).
• Exit an app. Press and hold Back.
• Quiet Time. On the watchface, long-press Back to toggle Quiet Time (by default).
• Hard reset. Hold Back, Up and Select together for about 30 seconds, until a progress bar appears.
